Meet Our Founder & Chief Media Officer
Maxine’s journey began in the heart of San Francisco’s traditional media ad agency world, launching her career as a Broadcast Buyer at Hal Riney & Partners. With an eye for detail and a knack for negotiation, she quickly made her mark. Her passion for strong brands led her to Coca-Cola of Northern California, where she managed local media negotiations and buying across TV, radio, print, and out-of-home for a portfolio of beloved beverage brands.
As the digital era dawned in the late ’90s, Maxine embraced the future. She joined innovative start-ups and cutting-edge agencies, positioning herself at the forefront of digital transformation. From building integrated campaigns to driving omni-channel media strategies, she brought a strategic mindset to every challenge.
Over the years, Maxine has led campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands in the B2C and B2B space: Microsoft, Virgin America, Gap Inc., e.l.f. Cosmetics, Welch’s Fruit Snacks, and the San Francisco Ballet, to name a few. Whether working with global agency powerhouses like Universal McCann, AKQA, and Razorfish, or nimble independent shops like Eleven Inc. and Media Matters WW/AXM, she has consistently delivered results that matter.
Today, Maxine partners directly with brands and agencies alike, offering senior-level insight, hands-on strategy, and a collaborative spirit that drives performance. She’s a trusted advisor, a client champion, and a media guru who knows how to make every dollar work harder.
